Computers are now part of everyday life and, for most of us, technology is essential to our lives, at home and at work.
At Bronte our Computing curriculum will equip pupils to use computational thinking and creativity to be ready for the workplace and be able to participate effectively in the digital world. It will help them conceptualise and understand computer-based technology, making them more equipped to function in modern society.
Pupils will learn how computers and computer systems work, they will design and build programs as well as develop their ideas using technology.
It will ensure that they are digitally literate and able to use, and express themselves through information and communication technology.
